Scope and Interpretation
The following Sport Betting Rules govern all interactive sports wagering products offered on the Mmk121 platform to registered End Users. They form part of the Operator’s General Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between these Rules and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail. The English version governs interpretation for all terms and references.
Market Settlement and Finality
- The outcome of a market is settled when it is determined by the official source or governing body. If an outright or long‑term market is decided by an official announcement, bets placed after publication of the outcome may be voided at the Operator’s discretion.
- Player specials markets are excluded from the above settlement rule.
- If a market is not determined during normal play, settlement occurs upon conclusion of the regular duration of the event unless the market description on the site provides a different settlement point.
- Where a market is decided after overtime, bets on markets that include overtime are paid after the overtime period; penalties or shootouts are not considered unless explicitly stated in the market description.
Event Start, Live Betting and Time Validity
- If an event begins earlier than its scheduled start time, only pre‑start bets are valid for non‑live markets. Live betting may remain open as defined for the live product, subject to market suspension or closure rules.
- If the event start occurs and the market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, the Operator may void bets placed after the actual start time.
Abandonments, Postponements and Venue Changes
- If an event does not start or finish on its scheduled date, all bets are void unless markets have already been unconditionally determined.
- If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned and not completed within the defined window, bets on unconditionally determined markets remain valid; the remainder are void.
- In the event of postponement or abandonment, markets related to qualifications or outcomes that cannot be resolved within 48 hours may be voided. Markets in two‑leg ties will be void only to the extent affected by the postponed legs.
- Where a venue change occurs, all bets on the match are void unless the market rules provide otherwise for non‑team events opened after the change.
Duration, Periods and Injury Time
- Changes to the duration or structure of an event will render affected bets invalid unless stated otherwise in the market description.
- Time periods such as injury time and stoppage time are treated as part of regular time for settlement purposes, unless the market specifies a different rule.
Results, Corrections and Disputes
- In the absence of an official final result, the Operator will rely on the governing body’s result or available official sources at the time of settlement. If discrepancies arise between official results and on‑site results, video evidence or other official records may be used to determine the correct result, if available.
- The Operator reserves the right to suspend settlement pending clarification of any result. Where a contradiction exists between results, the decision of the Operator is final and binding.
Fraud, Integrity and Disciplinary Matters
- If there is reasonable suspicion that a sport event is fraudulently manipulated or fixed, the Operator may keep specific bets unsettled and notify the appropriate regulatory or governing bodies. The bet may then be settled or voided in accordance with the verdict or authorities’ guidance.
Operational Interruptions and Technical Errors
- During bet placement or event progression, technical interruptions will be addressed by standard checks (funds availability, price correctness, etc.). Bets may be accepted or rejected accordingly. Customers should review their betting history to confirm acceptance where applicable.
Video Assistant Referee (VAR) and On‑Pitch Decisions
- If a VAR review contradicts the original on‑pitch decision and alters the state of play at the time of bet placement, bets placed in the interval between the original incident and the final decision may be voided, unless the odds for the specific bet were not affected by the VAR decision or were accounted for at bet acceptance.
- Unrelated bets, including plays completed in the interval that are not influenced by the VAR decision, remain valid. The Operator may reverse settlements if the final decision is communicated before the event conclusion and reflects a corrected outcome.
Odds, Rounding and Settlement Timing
- On‑screen odds are displayed with two decimal places for user convenience. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while the total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a function of the stated rounding rules.
- The maximum interval between initial settlement and any subsequent re‑settlement or adjustment is 30 days.
Formats, Durations and Market Scope
- The Operator supports prematch and live formats, including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. Markets in events with total duration outside 50 to 90 minutes are void unless market terms specify otherwise.
- For format 3x30, halftime duration is defined as one half of the total match duration. The Operator disclaims responsibility for any unanticipated format changes; bettors accept the risk upon registration.
Outright Markets and the Play‑or‑Pay Rule
- Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule. Bets on participants will stand even if a listed participant is unable to participate, and such bets are settled as losses where applicable. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded; if a listed participant does not take part, H2H markets involving that participant are void. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual markets for the former participant are void.
General Betting Types and Definitions
- Moneyline: bet on the winner of an event or who will score higher. The Field refers to all competitors not specified in the market.
- Handicap (HDP): virtual head start given to one competitor or team; the winner is determined by adjusting the final score with the handicap.
- Asian Handicap (In‑Play): settlements reflect the live score after applying the handicap; pre‑bet goals scored before placement are disregarded for settlement.
- Over/Under: bets based on the total goals or points achieved in the event relative to a predefined threshold.
- Odd/Even: bets on whether the total points/goals will be an odd or even number.
- Multi Bets and System Bets: a combinational approach where all selections must win (Multi) or where a subset may win to produce a return (System). In the event of adjourned selections, odds may revert to 1.00 as applicable.
Soccer and Football Specific Markets
- 1X2: selection of home win, draw, or away win based on standard match outcome after regular time; extra time is not included unless the market specifies otherwise.
- Correct Score: predicting the exact final score; win conditions depend on matching the precise score as offered.
- Half-time/Full-time (HT/FT): predict outcomes at half‑time and at full‑time (excluding extra time or penalties unless stated).
- First/Last/Anytime Scorer: bets relate to players scoring goals within regular time; own goals may be treated as goals for the scorer allocation per official attribution.
- Which Team to Kick‑Off: gamble on which team starts the match from kickoff; if kickoff occurs earlier than scheduled, post‑kickoff bets may be voided.
- Home Team Total vs Away Team Total: aggregate goals by home and away teams; adjourned or suspended matches may void the market.
- Corners: total corners by both sides; untaken corners do not count in the total.
Other Provisions
- The Operator may amend these Rules at any time. Any changes become binding upon publication on the platform.
- The information displayed is subject to time delay and may be imperfect. Bets placed on the basis of such data are at the customer’s risk.
