1. Definitions

3. Changes to the Terms

4. Eligibility and Compliance

- 5.3 Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Security Credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must promptly notify the Company of any suspected breach.
- 5.4 Verification — The Company may request documents to verify identity and address. If you fail to provide requested documents within a reasonable period, access to certain features or funds may be restricted or the Account may be closed.
- 5.5 Account Termination — You may terminate your Account at any time, subject to withdrawal of all real money balances. Upon closure, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any remaining balances may be transferred to you or become property of the Company as permitted by law.
6. Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering

9. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
- 9.1 Promotions — Bonuses, free bets and other promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. Not all promotions are available in all jurisdictions.
- 9.2 Wagering Requirements — Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements. For example, bonus funds may require a 35x wagering before any winnings are withdrawable. Promotions may impose maximum bet limits and wagering caps while active.
- 9.3 Validity and Expiry — Bonuses and promotional balances expire if not used within the period specified. Unused funds may be forfeited on expiry.
- 9.4 Restrictions on Winnings — Promotions may cap the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn from bonus-enabled Bets. Any excess winnings may be forfeited or adjusted per the promotion terms.
10. Bets, Settlements and Disputes
- 10.1 Bet Placement — Bets are binding once the Company accepts the wager and the bet is visible in the User’s Bet History. Bets may be settled automatically upon completion of the event or as soon as official results are available.
- 10.2 Bet Cancellations and Replacements — Bets may be canceled or voided in accordance with the Rules published on the Site, including in cases of event abandonment, rescheduling or technical issues affecting the integrity of the outcome.
- 10.3 Settlement Timing — Where a dispute arises, settlement will be made based on the official results provided by the event organizer or governing body. In the absence of official results, the Company reserves the right to determine the outcome in a fair and reasonable manner.
- 10.4 Dispute Handling — Any dispute must be raised within a reasonable period after the contested event. The Company will investigate and provide a final decision, which shall be binding.
11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

12. Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions
Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, multiple accounts, misrepresentation of information or other dishonest conduct may lead to suspension, closure of the Account, forfeiture of funds, or legal action. The Company may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law and suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Mmk121 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. Any other use requires express written permission.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riot, governmental action, power outages, or internet failures. 15. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, all balances may be forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable law and the Site policies.
18. Communications and Notices
For notices and communications relating to these Terms, the Company will communicate via the Site or the electronic mail address associated with your Account. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive such communications and for updating contact details as required.
19. Miscellaneous
- 19.1 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with any additional policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mmk121 regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
- 19.2 Severability — If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- 19.3 No Waiver — The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless it is in writing and signed by the Company.
